If you wish to request a booking, find an appropriate room below and check its calendar for availability. If you request a booking, it isn't a guarantee... our team will review the request. We may request additional information, compare to other requests, or make adjustments to ensure a good fit and a good experience for all groups using the facilities at that time. After review, we will contact you to confirm the status of your request. Depending on the type of event, a use-fee may apply, to help to cover our costs.
Library - Small 1st floor meeting space with table seating for up to four people. No white board or TV
Prayer Room - Multi-purpose 2nd floor gathering space with perimeter seating for up to approximately 12 people. TV/monitor available on request.
Room 402 - Upper floor meeting room with tables & chairs for 10-12 people, white board and TV/monitor.
Room 100 - 1st floor meeting room - tables & chairs for 12-16 people, with two white boards and TV/monitor.
"Youth Room" - Garden level casual space with perimeter seating and an adjacent open space. Suitable for casual or semi-active gatherings. White board, TV/monitor and stereo system available. Approximate capacity 10-20 people.
Gathering Area - Open 1st floor space with perimeter seating and a few cafe tables. Suitable for casual or semi-active gatherings in a greet & mingle format. Hospitality service area and TV/monitor available. Approximate capacity 60.
Room 200 - 1st floor divided space within Fellowship Hall with seating for up to 60 people, typically arranged as a classroom but can be arranged with folding tables and chairs. TV/monitor, white board, and sound system available.
Fellowship Hall - 1st floor large space with curtain dividers for creating smaller spaces. Capacity of 100-160 people (160 with inclusion of space "Room 200"-see separate listing above). Folding tables and chairs can be arranged for meals, large meetings, etc. Adjacent to kitchen area (see separate listing below).
Kitchen - Food preparation area adjacent to Fellowship Hall. Equipped with service window with warming bins, four ovens, cooktop, commercial dishwasher, sinks and prep surfaces. Kitchen trainer available on request (fee may apply)
Chapel - 1st floor meeting space with seating for approximately 100 people, arranged in an auditorium-style format. Stage area, projector (with screen) and large TV monitor available. Sound technician available on request (fee may apply). Adjacent to and expandable into Room 200 and Fellowship Hall.
Sanctuary - 2nd floor large meeting space with seating for 200-300 people arranged in an auditorium format. TV/monitors and sound system available. Sound and projection technicians may be available on request (fees may apply)
