Pastor

Adam Ulm

Adam began as pastor at Spring Creek in January 2018. He and his wife Katie both grew up in Lebanon county and both graduated from Northern Lebanon High School. After high school Adam attended Malone University in Canton, OH studying Youth and Sports Ministry. He and Katie were married in 2007 and moved to southern Lancaster where Adam served as Pastor of Youth and Young Adults in the Mechanic Grove COB for over 10 years. Adam and Katie have two boys, Jameson and Garrett, which keep everyone hopping.

Adam enjoys singing with Katie and playing outside or wrestling with his boys. He also likes to garden, "putz" around in his wood shop and spend time reading. Adam is a big Ohio State football and basketball fan and enjoys all kinds of sports.

Director of Faith Formation

Matthew Price

Matthew began serving as Director of Faith Formation at Spring Creek in November 18, 2024. Originally from Exton, Pennsylvania, he graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a bachelor’s in Biblical Studies and a minor in Youth and Young Adult Ministries. Before coming to Spring Creek, he volunteered and interned with several youth groups, building a strong foundation for working with the next generation.

What Matthew loves most about his role is that “it’s never the same”—each day brings new challenges and unexpected adventures, and that’s what keeps it exciting.

Outside of church, you might find him on the disc golf course, dancing, cooking up something new in the kitchen, or enjoying board games, video games, and creative writing. Matthew and his wife Kristen were married at Spring Creek in November of 2025. 

Matthew’s favorite Scripture is John 15:11: “I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete."

Office Coordinator 

Leidra Horton

Leidra comes to us with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. She is a lifelong resident of Palmyra and grew up in the Palmyra COB. She loves cooking, baking, sewing, reading, and sharing these passions with her two children. Leidra is very active in her community and is a strong supporter of CMN Hershey where her family serves as a Miracle family. 

Communications Coordinator 

Adeline Gesford

Adeline joins us after serving as the interim admin assistant since September 2025. Adeline has been attending Spring Creek COB her whole life. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fly fishing, tying flies, photography, baking and cooking and can be found on the sidelines at Lower Dauphin coaching girls soccer in the fall and spring.
