Small Groups at Spring Creek are a terrific way to get to know people in different ways that are often outside of the church walls. While a small group or two may meet at the church, the concept of small groups spans beyond the box of study discussions, focusing on relationship, on interests, and on God. We are adding more and more small groups to the program at Spring Creek. There are several types of small groups that meet.



Fellowship Groups

Men's Breakfast

Currently there is a Men’s Breakfast group that meets now each other in Christian fellowship.  They meet Tuesday mornings at the Soda Jerk diner. Around a dozen men meet to eat, chat, joke, and enjoy getting to know each other in Christian fellowship.
 

Women's Tea Time

 
Marvel as God fills your cup through "Togetherness, Engagement, and Anchored" time with Him!  The ladies meet several times a year for fellowship, study, accountability, and growth.  Watch the Weekly Announcements for future events.
Join the ladies for the 3rd Annual Women's Retreat - April 5-6, 2013.  Make plans now to retreat for 24 hours at the North Lodge at Camp Swatara (from 6 PM Friday, April 5, to 6 PM Saturday, April 6). Why? A retreat provides an opportunity to be removed for a time from the busyness and stresses of our day-to-day living. In retreat, we laugh (guaranteed) and enjoy each other, build relationships and open ourselves to a deeper presence of God. Details can be found in the brochures that were placed in church mailboxes – extra copies are available at the Welcome Center and on bulletin boards. Join us for God's Clay Pots: Reshaped, Restored, Renewed. Contact the church office with questions.  The extended deadline for registration is Sunday, March 31.

Quilters

We also have a small group of Quilters who meet each Wednesday, with no experience required (see Serve for more details).


Study Groups

On occasion we offer Bible and book study groups.  Some are tailored specifically toward men or women.

Men's Study Group

Women's Study Group

A women's Bible Study is forming and will begin meeting March 27.  They will be studying Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent.  This is a seven-week video study by Beth Moore.  They will be meeting on Tuesday mornings from 9:15 - 11:00am, March 27, April 3, 10, and 17 and May 1, 15, and 22.  Please contact the church office for more information and if you are interested in participating.
